Privacy Policy

How we handle your personal data when you visit our website or contact us about a project

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1 — Who is responsible

The controller is individual entrepreneur Vladimir Borin, registered in Georgia under registration number 304731431, operating under the BORIN brand (“we”, “us”). Our registered address is Ponichala 3, Building 5/2, Floor 4, Isani-Samgori District, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact us about this policy or your data at borin.sobaka@gmail.com.

This policy covers the BORIN website, including its current hosted version and vaborin.com when used for this website, and enquiries sent directly to us. It is adapted from the controller’s Russian-language policy for operations in Georgia. Our processing is subject to the applicable Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and other applicable legal requirements.

2 — What personal data means

Personal data is information that identifies you or can be linked to you. Processing includes collecting, recording, storing, accessing, updating, using, sharing, restricting and deleting that information, by electronic or other means.

3 — Information you provide

When you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, project description and correspondence.

The form sends your name, email, phone number, selected services and optional project description. The message also includes the website language, submission time and confirmation of your consent.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information or other people’s personal data unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.

4 — Why we use information

We use information received through direct enquiries to understand your request, reply, discuss a potential project and prepare a proposal. If we enter into a contract, relevant information may also be used to deliver the agreed services and meet applicable obligations.

Depending on the activity, the basis is your consent, steps requested by you before a contract, performance of a contract or a legal obligation. We do not treat an enquiry or the form checkbox as consent to unrelated marketing.

5 — Consent and your choices

The form checkbox refers only to processing the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, as described here. It is not selected in advance. When you submit the form, your consent is recorded in the enquiry message together with the submission time.

You may withdraw consent by emailing borin.sobaka@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. If another legal basis requires continued processing, we will explain it.

6 — Technical information

The website is delivered through a hosting platform. Delivering pages and protecting the service may involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and server logs. Any platform sign-in is governed by the platform’s own terms and privacy notice.

The current website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics tools and does not store form entries in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill or remember values according to your settings.

7 — Access and disclosure

We limit access to information received by us to people who need it for the stated purpose. Hosting and communication providers may process information as part of providing their services. Form submissions pass through our hosting service and Telegram. Telegram stores group messages as cloud chat data under its Privacy Policy. Group messages are not end-to-end encrypted. We do not publish your enquiries or sell their contents.

Disclosure may also occur where required by law. Where a provider acts on our behalf, applicable processor obligations remain relevant; using a provider does not remove our own responsibilities.

8 — International processing

Hosting and communication services may involve processing outside Georgia. International transfers must meet applicable Georgian requirements, including an appropriate legal basis and safeguards or a permitted exception. The enquiry checkbox is not blanket consent to transfers without safeguards.

9 — Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose, applicable obligations or justified legal claims, then delete or anonymise it. We apply proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, limit access and address inaccurate data. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

Enquiries received in Telegram and by email are handled as business correspondence and retained for the period described above. The website database stores only request identifiers, keyed hashes and delivery status for duplicate prevention and abuse protection, not the text of your enquiry or raw IP address. These technical records are used for up to 24 hours and removed during the next submission after that period.

10 — Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request information and access, a copy, correction, restriction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to Georgia’s competent supervisory authority or seek judicial protection.

Send requests to borin.sobaka@gmail.com. Explain your request and provide enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal data. The current website does not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

11 — Changes to this policy

The current version is available on this page. We will update it when the website’s processing changes, and revise the date above.
